We have the right to disable any user identification code or password,
whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion
you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use

How you may use material on our Platforms
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Platforms,
and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws in India
and around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our Platforms
for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation
to content posted on our Platforms.
You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off
or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video
or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our
Platforms must always be acknowledged.
You must not use any part of the content on our Platforms for commercial purposes
without obtaining a licence to do so from us.
If you print off, copy, download, share or repost any part of our Platforms in breach
of these terms of use, your right to use our Platforms will cease immediately and you
must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

Your rights to claim against us if we suspend or ban your use of our service
If we suspend or ban you from using our service in a way that breaches these terms of
service, you have a right to bring a claim against us for breach of contract.
We are not responsible for viruses and you must not introduce them
We do not guarantee that our Platforms will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes
and platform to access our Platforms. You should use your own virus protection software
You must not misuse our Platforms by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms,
logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must
not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Platform, the server on which our Platforms
are stored, or any server, computer or database connected to our Platforms.
Rules about linking to our Platforms
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and
does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.
You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association,
approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

Which country's laws apply to any disputes?
If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, their subject matter and
their formation, are governed by Indian law. You and we both agree that the courts of
Dharwad, Karnataka will have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation
(and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by Indian law. We both agree
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dharwad, Karnataka.
BitsVouchr is a product by BitsBIzz Tech Pvt Ltd (“BitsBIzz”). It is a software intended to automate
manual data entry and reconciliation work related to accounts and bookkeeping. At BitsBizz, we place the
highest importance on respecting and protecting the privacy of our clients. Our relationship with you is
our most important asset. We want you to feel comfortable and confident when using our products and
services and with entrusting your personal and business data information to us
To perform its task, the BitsVouchr software typically requires you (i.e. business entities,
individuals, accountants/personnels representing business entities etc, collectively, “Clients”) to
upload your accounting documents or provide access to your financial records in order to provide you
with intended output. For accountants or personnels representing business entities, the Company assumes
that such person has the requisite authority to provide the necessary documents and permissions on
behalf of business entities. We store this data only as part of our support service.
BitsBizz is the data fiduciary responsible for your personal data. We collect and process your personal
data when you visit our website or desktop app (i.e. “Platforms”) and/or request more information about
our service and/or purchase our service.
This privacy policy provides information on how we collect and process your personal data.
The data we collect about you
We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you as follows:
Identity Data includes first name, last name.
Contact Data includes billing address, email address and mobile numbers.
Financial Data includes financial transaction data accessed via Tally or other ERP software files; data
pertaining to transactions that is provided by you and/or accessed with your consent from other
platforms which is essential for providing the service requested by you. Such services include but are
not limited to preparation of accounts, accounting advise regarding tax matters, audit service etc.
Transaction Data includes details about payments to and from you and other details of services you have
purchased from us.
Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time
zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, device ID
and other technology on the devices you use to access our platforms.
Profile Data includes your username and password, profession, company information like entity name,
function, industry, size; purchases or orders made by you, referrals made by you, your interests,
preferences, feedback and survey responses.
Usage Data includes information about how you interact with and use our Platforms and services.
Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third
parties and your communication preferences
We also collect, use and share aggregated data such as statistical or demographic data which is not
personal data as it does not reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate individuals' Usage Data
to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website or app feature in order to analyse
general trends in how users are interacting with our Platforms to help improve the Platforms and our
service offering.

No Data Sales: We do not sell or rent your personal or business data information to anyone. We do not
share your personal or business information with anyone outside BitsBizz for their promotional or
marketing use. Your information is processed solely for providing and improving our services.
Limited Access: Our technology service providers only have access to the data necessary to perform their
specific functions. They are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and cannot use your data
for any other purposes.
Information security
BitsBizz works to protect your personal information and business data information from loss, misuse or
unauthorized alteration by using industry-recognized security safeguards, coupled with carefully
developed security procedures and practices. We maintain electronic and procedural safeguards of all
business data. We use both internal and external resources to review our security procedures. Whenever
we prompt you to transmit sensitive information, such as Bank Statements or Passbook information, we
support the encryption of your information as it is transmitted to us. Our employees are trained and
required to safeguard your information.

Please note that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will post any Privacy Policy
changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice

Government Law and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy is governed by and operated in accordance with the laws of India. If any of the
parties wish to seek legal recourse, they may do so by using the courts of law in Dharwad.

Free Trial Period
We offer a free trial period for all new customers to thoroughly evaluate our software and determine if
it meets your business needs. During this trial period, you have access to all product features with no
financial commitment.
Paid Subscriptions
Upon converting to a paid subscription, you acknowledge that you have tested the software to your
satisfaction. As such, we maintain a no-refund and no-cancellation policy for all paid subscriptions.
Exceptional Circumstances
If you experience significant issues with our product after purchasing a subscription, please contact
our customer support team at support@bitsbizz.com. While refunds are not generally available, we may
consider exceptions at our sole discretion for verified technical issues that substantially impact the
functionality of our service.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to all active
subscribers and will apply to subscriptions purchased after the modification date.
